As an entrepreneur or inventor you’ve identified or developed a potentially lucrative business concept or product. At this stage we would review the proposition, your objectives and identify the challenges you may face to turn the concept into a commercially successful business.

The review may involve a few steps, such as an initial phone call discussion or meeting & or documentation (E.g. Business Plan) assessment.

Following this, & if we both wish to proceed then mutual agreement on role and involvement is reached. We then sign a commercial engagement agreement between Minaxi Ventures and either yourself or your company.
