Minaxi Ventures will
hold in confidence all electronic & paper information
received, acknowledged received, and marked as confidential
from emails sent to enquiries@minaxi.com.
Such confidential information will only be used for evaluation
purposes, and distribution limited to necessary potential
third parties whom have a signed confidentiality agreement
with Minaxi Ventures Limited.
This confidentiality terminates one year from submission
date or if either one of the following situations exist: |

- If the information is found to be in the public
domain.
- If the information is published or otherwise becomes
part of the public domain through no fault of Minaxi
Ventures Limited.
- If the information is already known to Minaxi Ventures
Limited.
